I zipped the Psd with the Font and renamed it xxx.XSF  like it said in the forum, But It still just looks like a regular Zip and the ".xsf" is still in the name.

-I want it to be a "Real" Xion-file looking like the Xion X-logo.

How ??

Can you apply it to XION? (Doubbleclick to install)

If it still opens in Windows Exploder, as a regular .zip file, try this:

Click on Tools -> Folder Options, and clear the box beside 'Hide extensions for known files'.

You may then see that the name is filename.xsf.zip. Re-rename to filename.xsf

That's one of the first things I do with a new OS or a re-install. Open folder options and un-check "Hide Extensions for Known File Types' and 'Show Hidden Files and Folders'. If you're on Win7 click on the little arrow next to Organize. Then folder and search options > view.
